Your Journey to Restoring the Social Contract Starts Here

Below are the steps you can follow to begin your journey.

1. Join an Assembly (The "Who")

Think of Assemblies as the permanent "Digital Rooms" of our municipality. As a newcomer, your first stop should be the Citizens' General Assembly. This is our shared town square. Once your residency is verified, you can attend virtual town halls, join debates, and receive official news. After that you can join active groups and committees or request to create one as well. Now, Go to the "Assemblies" and follow the one you belong to.

2. Participate in a Process (The "What")

Processes are specific, time-bound missions where your input directly changes the town. A main example is the Participatory Budgeting, This is where we decide how to spend local funds. You can propose projects or vote on which solar energy or water initiatives should be funded this year. Of course your input will be of value in The Citizen Radar where for example if you see a pothole or a broken light, you will use the Radar to tell us about it and drop a pin on the map. We don't just listen; we track the fix until it's marked as "Resolved." More can be found by simply clicking on "Processes" to see what is currently open for voting or proposals.

3. Create a Verifiable Mandate

Your voice carries weight here. Through Citizen-Led Initiatives, you can start a petition. If you gather enough support from your neighbors (e.g., 500 verified votes), the Municipal Council is procedurally bound to bring your topic to their official agenda.

4. Get Verified for Full Power

While anyone can browse, only Verified Residents can vote on budgets or sign petitions. This ensures our local decisions are made by us and for us, protected from outside interference. To get verified simply visit the Municipal Office with your ID to get your account fully activated by one of our Participation Officers.
